About MatureSense
Our History
MatureSense was founded in 2023 by an entrepreneur of over 20 years and concerned mother of 3. She often hears people speak negatively about our youth and young adults. In addition, she frequently communicates with young adults, including her own, who stress over the responsibilities of "adulting."
Rather than participate in the negativity, she decided to follow her passion to help disadvantaged youth/young adults transition into self sufficient adults. Therefore, she decided to take action by starting a non-profit organization to assist with navigating youth/young adults through life's challenges.

MatureSense, INC is a non-profit organization in need of volunteers of ALL backgrounds. This is a TRUE community charity looking for those willing to show love and patience while assisting youth and young adults to navigate through life.
Our organization is committed to supporting youth/young adults as they maneuver through life's challeneges by providing scholarships, mentorships and resources to those from low socio-economic and foster-home backgrounds. We believe that knowledge and proper resources are two important keys to breaking the cycle of poverty and developing productive adults. Through our partnerships with schools and community organizations, we work to ensure our youth have an opportunity to achieve their fullest potential and transition into productive adults.

MatureSense's Journey to Make a Difference
The organization's ultimate goal is to have a facility to house and educate youth aging out of foster care and transitioning out of the youth developement center, preparing them to be productive and self sufficient adults.
Short Term Goals ages 14 - 19
- Assist with an educational plan and school extra curricular
- Prepare for college or workforce
- Provide life skill seminars and resources
Short Term Goals ages 19 -29
- FREE Group seminars "I'm Grown; Now What?!"
- Assist in setting attainable goals
- Teach life skills and offer resources
